Access Code to part 2 18024 Jump to the far side of the barrels, in case they turn out to be mines when you zap them, or jump on top of them so you can shoot the laser turrets. If you find your passage blocked by a mine, shoot other things in the room until your energy is about to drop out then walk into it. This will remove it, so it won't be there when your next man comes up. When you get to the giant Orko, make sure you have shields. Run through him whilst firing and lobbing grenades and you'll get through. This also works with the robots. (Paul Jennings, Billy Smith, Christian Erskine, Stuart Anstis, Gaz Dowding, Jeffery Savage, Alan Ponsforci And Antony Espindola (Blimey!), Philip Anchors, Robert Syeruncle, Johann Sebastian Derboid, Jake Thackeray's Chicken in Your Sinclair issue 23 , Page 22) 3710 On the first part, when shooting open a barrel always try and get in front of it and shoot back. This way if a bomb comes out you don't have to jump it, you can just walk off the screen. Grenades aren't much use, so try and save them for screens 11 and 19 where the hazards are greater, such as the Giant Orko and the three giant robots. The best tip for these screens is to stay right back at the screen entrance and crouch down. Shoot continuously, and when the bullets aren't coming so fast, leap on the spot and lob a grenade whilst up in the air. To avoid the bullets it is useful (especially on the screen with the three robots) to duck down whilst shooting. For the second part one useful tip is the location of the POW screen, which is found by going down the first lift and continuing right along the first platform. To get past the eye at the very top of the prison you must repeatedly shoot the top statue (its eyes will light up) until you obtain a shield. Also duck down when shooting robots as their bullets are at mid-height. (Going by Jon's notes, this was originally submitted to appear in issue 84, but appears to have been removed for reasons of space. Tch! Original by Hackers Anonymous (Gerard Sweeney, Raymond Russell, Jamie Murray). Sent to Tipshop by Jon North from the source material originally sent to YS.) This is a Speedlock game and has been completely annihilated - two good reasons for making HA this month's HOTM's. Incidentally, that Speedlock crack looks identical to the one I wrote for How-To-Hack eons ago (Not surprsing, really, as that was pretty much how I learned how to hack! Gerard) - so grab a back-issue if you want to see how it's done. Expect something soon, guys... 10 REM GAME OVER BY HA 20 CLEAR 45E3: LOAD ""CODE 30 LET A=3E4 40 READ B: IF B=999 THEN RANDOMIZE USR 3E4 50 POKE A,B: LET A=A+1: GOTO 40 60 REM WATCH YOUR TYPING !!! 70 DATA 221,33,110,117,33,192,228 80 DATA 6,6,197,221,78,0,6,0 90 DATA 221,35,17,168,97,237,176 100 DATA 229,62,201,18,205,168,97 110 DATA 225,193,16,232,33,103,238 120 DATA 17,0,248,1,152,17,237,176 130 DATA 33,116,117,17,0,252,1,30,0 140 DATA 237,83,68,250,237,176 150 DATA 195,244,250,16,24,50,14,25,22,175 160 DATA 50,0,141,50,248,141: REM INFY LIVES PART 1 170 DATA 50,9,142,50,25,142: REM INFY POWER PART 1 180 DATA 50,233,114: REM INFY GRENADES PART 1 190 DATA 50,84,138,50,121,139: REM INFY LIVES PART 2 200 DATA 50,81,139: REM INFY POWER PART 2 210 DATA 50,195,114: REM INFY GRENADES PART 2 220 DATA 195,68,251,999: REM DON'T DELETE THIS LINE !!
